
Happy Feast of Unleavened Bread! Happy “First Fruits” Sunday, which is mentioned in Leviticus 23:10-11 as a day where the Priest is to make a special offering to the Lord of the first Fruits. First Fruits finds it’s fulfillment under Jesus Christ, as it commemorates the First Fruit of the Resurrection of Eternal Life in Yeshua Messiah! He is risen (Matthew 28:6).
First Fruits Sunday falls within the Feast of Unleavened Bread, which is all about our Messiah, as He is the Bread of Life. If we’re following the instructions of scripture not to worship foreign or pagan gods, why should we call this Sunday Easter? According to Google, the word “Easter” probably stems from a West Germanic goddess of spring and dawn named Ēostre or Ostara. Could be part of Mystery Babylon Religion mentioned in Revelations.
