Using the picture as a prompt from the cover of MIT Technology Review Magazine, May, June 2024, (It’s shown above) write a Short Story (3 pages max double spaced).
Suggestions:
- Give the characters in the picture names.
- Think about a plot (see definition below) for your short story.
- Give your story a beginning, middle, and some type of ending.
- Please write in a tasteful way, following Biblical moral guidelines.
Definition of Plot: Plot is how a story is presented. Plot and story are two different elements, though many people often use the terms interchangeably. The story is the events that occurred. The definition of the plot of a story refers to how those events are presented to the audience. The plot introduces the various elements of a story such as character, conflict, and resolution in a way the audience can understand and is much more than simply stating the sequence of events. Plot can compress a story, tell it out of order, or play with it to present the story in a specific way to create a specific experience in the audience.
Rules for Essay
Write a 2-page max (double-spaced) essay on your thoughts about Robots, AI, technology and our future. Points you might consider are: Is it good or evil? Do we embrace it? How does it fit into Bible Prophecy?
